OUR RETURNS POLICY

Here at Cotrunkage Vintage Luggage, we’re sure that you will love our cases as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes situations change, making a return necessary. We will offer a fast and easy returns policy to help you in these events.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Cotrunkage Vintage Luggage, we will always process a full refund for items purchased on our website, which should be made sure that they are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging when return back.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To request the returns process, please email hey@cotrunkage.com with your order ID, the title(s) of the item(s) you want to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
