Here at Cotrunkage Vintage Luggage, we’re sure that you will love our cases as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes situations change, making a return necessary. We will offer a fast and easy returns policy to help you in these events.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Cotrunkage Vintage Luggage, we will always process a full refund for items purchased on our website, which should be made sure that they are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging when return back.

Return Policy

  • Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be BRAND NEW and UNUSED with tags to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • We reserves the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable because of personal reason.

How to Return

Customers who are in the United States can submit a return request through our Return Center. If the order is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label free of charge.

Other customers need to return to our CN warehouse. Return cost should be paid by customer. To apply for return or exchange, you could contact us directly by e-mail at hey@cotrunkage.com.
