Returns & Exchanges
Here at Cotrunkage Vintage Luggage, we’re sure that you will love our cases as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes situations change, making a return necessary. We will offer a fast and easy returns policy to help you in these events.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Cotrunkage Vintage Luggage, we will always process a full refund for items purchased on our website, which should be made sure that they are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging when return back.
- Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be BRAND NEW and UNUSED with tags to be eligible for return or exchange.
- We reserves the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition.
- Shipping cost is not refundable because of personal reason.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since items delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Customers who are in the Japan, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and United States can submit a return request through email within 30 days of delivery.
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.
*Please be noted that every order in United States is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If you submit the return request twice or more, or your order is outside the said 30 days window, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund are covered by you.
Other customers need to return to our CN warehouse. Return cost should be paid by customer. To apply for return or exchange, you could contact us directly by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
